Welcome to Lodwar High School
Lodwar High School is a premier national school located in Turkana Central, Turkana County. Established in 1978, our institution has grown from humble beginnings to become one of Kenya's most respected learning institutions with a current student population of over 850.

Our Journey
School History
1985 - First KCSE Class(8.4.4) System
Our pioneer class sat for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination, achieving a mean grade of C+.
2003/2020 - Upgraded to National School
Due to consistent academic performance, the school was elevated to national school status, becoming the first in Turkana County.
